Herbal Leaf Teas:
Place 1 tablespoon or a few whole leaves of herb into a mug.
Cover with hot water, allow to steep 5-7 minutes.
Strain and drink.
The same herb can be used again for a next cup of tea later the same day.
Herbal Powders:
Add ½ teaspoon of herb powder into water.
Mix and drink.
1-2 x a day
Powders can also be added and mixed into smoothies or other healthy beverages.
Berries, Roots, and Barks:
In a small pot, add 1 tablespoon of herb berries, roots or seeds for every 8 oz of water
added.
Simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes to extract properties. Avoid high boil please.
The concentrated tea can be drank straight or diluted with more water.
Concentrate can also be made in larger portions and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2
days.
